Overview

Acuity Scheduling (part of Squarespace) is built for businesses whose customers book appointments: coaches, therapists, salons and studios. It handles the things meeting schedulers skip, such as intake forms, packages, memberships and gift cards, and takes payment through Stripe, Square or PayPal.

Plans are priced by the number of calendars, not per seat: Starter has one, Standard six and Premium 36. So on Standard, a team of up to six pays one price rather than a price per seat. SMS reminders start on Standard, and Premium offers a BAA (Business Associate Agreement) for HIPAA and adds Acuity's AI Booking Assistant.

There's a 7-day trial instead of a free plan, and prices are published in US dollars only.
