These terms cover your use of schedulercompare.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who runs this site
Scheduler Compare is run by Kris Millar, a sole trader in the UK, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC287985. Contact: [email protected].
Information, not advice
The site compares scheduling software using prices and features copied from each vendor's own pages, with the date we checked them. It's general information to help you shortlist. It isn't professional, financial or legal advice, and it isn't a recommendation to buy any product.
Accuracy
We try hard to keep figures right, but vendors change prices, plans and features without telling us. Always check the vendor's own site before you buy. Where we don't know something, we say Unknown rather than guess. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we'll check it.
Estimates and the calculator
Costs on the calculator and in "cost for 3 people" columns are our sums from published list prices. They leave out discounts, taxes we don't know, payment processing and usage fees, and any limits we haven't captured. Your actual bill may differ.
Links to other sites
We link to vendors and other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Some links may earn us a commission. Affiliate and paid links are labelled and marked rel="sponsored"; see how we make money.
Paid listings
Vendors can buy two things, both labelled wherever they appear:
- Verified ($25 one-off, USD, 12 months): a 'Details confirmed by vendor (paid)' tag with the date, the vendor's own 100-word description, and priority updates when its prices change. After 12 months it can be renewed at the same price; otherwise the tag comes off and the listing stays as a free listing.
- Featured ($25 a month, USD, 3 spots): a slot labelled 'Featured (paid)' at the top of the comparison table and the calculator. It never takes a number in a ranking and is never part of our 'best' lists. It includes verification while it's active.
Checks. After payment we check three things, usually within two working days: that the product is scheduling software sold to US businesses, with a public pricing page; that the details sent match that pricing page; and, for Featured, that a spot is still free.
Refunds if a check fails. If a check fails, or the last Featured spot goes between your payment and our check, we cancel any subscription and refund your payment in full within 5 working days.
When it starts and renews. A listing starts on the day it goes live. Featured's paid month starts that day, not the day you paid: if our checks take a few days, we move your next payment date back by the same number of days. Featured renews monthly until you cancel.
Cancelling. Email [email protected] from the address you paid with. We cancel in Stripe and confirm by email, usually within two working days, and if a payment goes through after you asked, we refund it. The listing stays Featured to the end of the month you've paid for; part months aren't refunded.
Your description, and listings we refuse. The vendor is responsible for its own description and the details it sends us. We can refuse or remove a listing that's misleading or doesn't match the vendor's public pages. If we remove a paid listing, we refund the unused part of the period paid for.
These are founding prices: $25 for Verified and $25 a month for Featured. If you join now, your price is locked for 12 months.

Reusing our content
The price data in our price report is free to reuse under CC BY 4.0, with a credit and link to Scheduler Compare. Other text and design on the site are ours; please ask before copying them. Vendor names and logos belong to their owners.
Our liability
The site is provided free and as is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including decisions to buy or not buy a product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law of England and Wales doesn't allow us to exclude. If you're a consumer, your legal rights aren't affected.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
